Ever had that conversation with a Parent wanting to know why their child isn’t moving squads or are performing poorly in competitions and are shocked when you say, ‘have you seen them in training?’. SwimWeb’s Report Cards provides coaches the opportunity to provide proactive feedback for each swimmer and parent in their squad.

Using star ratings, Coaches can quickly rate each swimmers strokes, skills, attitude & performance in training, attendance and provide comments to provide additional feedback to support the ratings. Targets can be set either by the coach or by the swimmer to help set the goals for each season. Once the report cards are published, swimmers can input their own comments to provide their feedback to the coach.
