Recording of swimmers attendance has never been easier! With SwimWeb’s attendance registers each coach can keep track of their swimmers attendance along with the metres swum by simply ‘ticking’ the online register. For those with tablet devices this can be completed easily and quickly on poolside during the warm up saving you time later. For those without, the register can be exported to Excel for easy printing so attendance can be manually tracked and completed later.

Attendance can be viewed by swimmers and parents graphically either by squad or for an individual swimmer. Bars are colour coded to show if target has been met along with the total metres swum and the total available hours for the month are also displayed. For the current months attendance, a ‘rolling target’ is shown so swimmers can check if they are on target for the month.
