Managing Officials within your club and organising Officials for meets can be an administration nightmare; SwimWeb’s Officials module makes this effortless! The module enables you to track all the Officials in your club and what qualifications each have (such as JL1, Referee etc). For each competition you can define what Officials type and qualifications are required and the number of Officials needed. This is made easy utilising templates which predefine the Officials required based on the level of a meet.

Once you have defined the Officials for your competition, you can publish your ‘Officials Sheet’. This automatically selects all the Officials within your club with the required qualifications and allows you to send an email notifying them of a new competition with Officials requirement. Each Official can update their availability to officiate for each session of the competition and the administrator can then assign them to a role.
